The Story Behind Magna People Change
I’ve built my career on one core belief — that transformation only succeeds when people feel part of it.
After more than two decades leading global change and digital transformation programmes for organisations such as BP, Shell, and the NHS, I’ve seen first-hand that even the most advanced technologies and strategies only deliver when people are ready, engaged, and confident.
I’ve also personally embodied change throughout my life — from shifting my career from telecoms engineering to specialising in the human side of change, to migrating to the UK and rebuilding my career from scratch.
Those experiences taught me that real transformation isn’t about systems or structures alone — it’s about mindset, identity, and belonging.
That belief led me to create Magna People Change — a consultancy that bridges strategy and humanity.
