Meet the Founder, Uzma Aitqad

With over 25 years of experience as a senior executive in international change management consulting and coaching, Uzma helps leaders, managers and teams achieve successful business transformations with strategies that deliver 100% user adoption.

Holding an MSc in Organisational Change from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Visiting lecturer at UK universities, Uzma brings a powerful blend of academic and industry practitioner expertise in strategic and organisational change management with a focus on digital transformation, workplace cultures and leadership development.

Her work focuses on helping organisations maximise ROI, strengthen internal change capabilities and implement sustainable, long lasting change results.
